We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Generalist to manage and support all core human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, training, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in manufacturing, cosmetics, personal care, FMCG, or related industries.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
Handle end-to-end recruitment processes for various departments.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, consultants, and referrals.
Conduct screening, interviews, and coordinate hiring processes.
Manage joining formalities, induction, and employee onboarding.
HR Operations
Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR databases.
Prepare appointment letters, confirmation letters, warning letters, and other HR documentation.
Manage attendance, leave records, and employee data.
Support payroll processing and salary-related activities.
Employee Relations
Address employee grievances and concerns professionally.
Foster a positive work environment and employee engagement.
Conduct employee counseling and disciplinary proceedings when required.
Support employee retention initiatives.
Performance Management
Coordinate probation reviews and performance appraisals.
Track employee performance and development plans.
Assist department heads in implementing performance improvement measures.
Training & Development
Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs.
Maintain training records and effectiveness assessments.
Support employee skill enhancement initiatives.
Compliance & Statutory Requirements
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Coordinate PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, and other statutory compliances.
Maintain statutory registers and records.
Assist during internal and external audits.
Exit Management
Handle resignation processes and exit formalities.
Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback.
Coordinate full and final settlement processes.
Required Qualifications
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
HR certifications will be an added advantage.
Experience
4–6+ years of experience as an HR Generalist.
Experience in manufacturing, cosmetics, personal care, FMCG, or pharmaceutical industries preferred.
