Role Overview
The HR Executive & Admin will manage day-to-day human resources and administrative operations, ensuring smooth recruitment, employee management, office coordination, and operational support.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interviews
Assist in hiring and employee onboarding
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Support payroll processing and handle basic payroll queries
Coordinate training programs and maintain records
Assist in performance appraisals and disciplinary procedures
Ensure HR compliance with company policies and labor laws
Support employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives
Administration & Operations
Manage data entry, sales, purchases, and client records
Handle inventory management and office documentation
Manage product listings on Indiamart, marketplaces, and the company website
Process marketplace orders and coordinate dispatches
Prepare dispatch sheets and manage logistics
Handle printing and day-to-day office operations
Marketing & Communication Support
Send WhatsApp alerts and marketing messages
Execute email marketing campaigns (twice weekly)
Create basic graphics for WhatsApp and email communication
Key Result Areas (KRAs)
Daily order processing and dispatch management
Regular WhatsApp marketing communication
Timely execution of weekly email marketing campaigns
Eligibility & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
0–2 years of experience in HR/Admin (internships included)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Basic knowledge of HR processes and admin operations
Proficiency in MS Office
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
