Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (70%)
• Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Use job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases for candidate sourcing
• Coordinate interview schedules and follow-ups
• Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports
• Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation
HR Operations (30%)
• Handle employee records, attendance, and HR documentation
• Support HR policies, employee communication, and coordination
• Assist in employee engagement and internal HR activities
• Act as the first point of contact for employee queries
• Support management with HR reports and day-to-day operations

Requirements
• 1–2 years of experience in HR (Recruitment-focused preferred)
• Knowledge of 360° HR functions
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
