JOB INTRODUCTION:
An Sr. HR Executive is responsible for finding, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for job openings. They manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making job offers. The role requires strong communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for the organization. HRs play a key role in building a talented workforce by ensuring the hiring process runs smoothly and efficiently.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the full recruitment life-cycle from job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer, and on-boarding.
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create job descriptions.
Source candidates using various platforms (job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, consultancies, campus drives, etc.).
Conduct initial screening and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Coordinate and manage interview data
Mentioning of all the data in the ATS and following the process of the interviews
Maintain a database of candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire).
Collaborate with the HR team for employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
Stay updated with market trends and best practices in recruitment.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws during the hiring process.
JOB QUALIFICATION & SKILL SETS:
A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Previous experience in recruitment or HR roles is preferred, but fresh graduates with a keen interest in recruitment may also be considered.
Experience in job portals like naukri, Indeed, linkedin, Shine, Job Hai.
HR or recruitment-related certifications (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter certification, HR certifications) are advantageous.
Proficient in resume screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates' skills and fit.
Efficient in managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
Ability to adjust recruitment strategies based on organizational needs and market trends.
