Role Summary
We are looking for an HR Executive who will manage recruitment, employee coordination, and basic HR operations, ensuring smooth functioning of hiring and day-to-day office activities.
Key Responsibilities
Handle complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding
Post job openings on relevant hiring platforms and portals
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal team
Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining
Maintain candidate pipeline and database
Handle employee records, attendance, and HR documentation
Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes
Ensure implementation of HR policies, office discipline, and employee conduct
Handle basic employee queries and support
Assist in maintaining smooth day-to-day office operations
Ensure compliance with company policies and internal processes
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in HR / Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple roles and meet deadlines
Basic understanding of HR processes
Preferred Skills
Experience in HR operations along with recruitment
Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
