Job Role : US IT Technical RecruiterCompany: Diverse LynxLocation: Sector-16, Noida (Onsite)Employment Type: Full-TimeExperience: 1–3+ Years (US IT / Technical Recruitment).

Role Summary:

We are hiring a US IT Technical Recruiter with hands-on experience in the US staffing industry, specifically working with System Integrators (SI) and Implementation Partners such as TCS, Tech Mahindra, Infosys, Wipro, Capgemini, Cognizant, etc.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage the full US IT recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding).Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, and professional networks.Screen technical profiles, coordinate interviews, and close positions.Maintain strong client and candidate communication.

Requirements:
