Experience: Freshers / 6 Months–1 Year in Telesales or Outbound Calling

💼 Job Role
- Handle outbound calls to candidates and explain job opportunities.
- Conduct basic telephonic screening.
- Shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interviews and joining.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
- Achieve daily calling and hiring targets.
- Coordinate with the HR/Recruitment team.
✅ Eligibility
- Freshers can apply.
- 6 months–1 year of telesales/outbound calling experience preferred.
- Good Hindi communication required.
- Basic English communication is an added advantage.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Comfortable with calling and daily targets.
- Must be comfortable working from office in Noida Sector 65.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
💰 Salary
₹14,000–₹16,000 CTC + Incentives
Salary is negotiable based on experience and profile.
