Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Non - IT Recruiter with 1+ years of
experience to join our Human Resources team. As an Non IT Recruiter, you will play a vital
role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top technical talent to support the growth of our
services business.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
• Source and screen resume from job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, Indeed)
and other channels.
• Conduct initial HR screenings to evaluate candidate fit based on job requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule technical interviews with hiring managers.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Non - IT recruitment.
• Develop and maintain a database of qualified candidates and potential future hires.
Stakeholder & Candidate Management
• Maintain regular communication with hiring managers to understand current and
upcoming hiring needs.
• Manage candidate expectations and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout
the recruitment process.
Job Posting & Employer Branding
• Draft, post, and maintain job advertisements on various job portals and social media
platforms.
• Support HR branding initiatives to attract quality talent (e.g., LinkedIn posts,
company careers page).
• Promote the company culture and values during candidate interactions.
Process Optimization
• Recommend improvements in recruitment processes and tools.
• Keep track of hiring metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source of hire) and
contribute to hiring quality improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Graduation in Any Field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Non IT recruitment.
• Familiarity with sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities simultaneously.
