Job description:
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews,
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate data
Ensure timely closure of open positions
Support other HR-related activities as required
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 1 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
Strong sourcing and screening skills
Good communication and coordination abilities
Ability to work in rotational shifts
Immediate joiner or short notice preferred
