Key Responsibilities:
Create and update job descriptions.
Screen resumes, Explain Process and arrange interviews.
Outbound Calling
Shortlist candidates and collaborate with Recruiter to identify future hiring needs.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 0 - 1 years of experience. Knowledge of resume databases and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
