Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

• Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate suitability.

• Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment trackers.

• Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and offer processes.

• Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good understanding of recruitment processes.

• Experience using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).

• Ability to work in a fast-paced hiring environment.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and HR tools.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduation in any field (HR background preferred).

• 6 months – 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.
