HR रिकरूटर

Responsibilities:

• Understand client hiring requirements and job descriptions

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other hiring platforms

• Screen and shortlist profiles based on requirements

• Conduct initial HR screening and interview coordination

• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates

• Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers

• Coordinate with clients regarding interview feedback and hiring updates

• Handle offer rollout and joining follow-ups

• Ensure regular candidate pipeline generation with consistency

• Meet hiring targets within deadline

Requirements:

• MBA / Any UG Degree with knowledge of end to end recruitment process

• Basic to good knowledge of recruitment and hiring process

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment

• Passionate and enthusiastic towards recruitment

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

• Knowledge of job portals and sourcing techniques is an added advantage

Preferred Skills:

• Candidate sourcing

• MS Excel / Google Sheets knowledge

• Communication & negotiation skills

• Time management
