HR Recruiter

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• - Manage end-to-end recruitment for various job roles.

• - Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Job Hai, Indeed, social media platforms, and employee referrals.

• - Screen resumes and identify suitable candidates based on job requirements.

• - Conduct telephonic and virtual HR interviews.

• - Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

• - Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process.

• - Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

• - Post job openings on multiple job portals and social media platforms.

• - Maintain candidate records, interview feedback, and recruitment reports.

• - Coordinate offer roll-out, document collection, and onboarding activities.

• - Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality hiring standards.

• - Build positive relationships with candidates to enhance the employer brand.

• - Meet daily and weekly recruitment targets.

Requirements

• - MBA (HR) or any Graduate with recruitment experience.

• - 0–1 years of experience in recruitment (Freshers with strong HR knowledge can also apply).

• - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• - Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.

• - Knowledge of recruitment portals such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Job Hai, and Indeed.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.

• Ability to multitask and work in a target-driven environment.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team-oriented mindset.
