Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for international BPO bulk hiring.

Source and screen candidates as per client requirements.

Conduct candidate follow-ups and coordinate interviews.

Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Assist in campus hiring and recruitment drives.

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.

Manage recruitment-related data and HR reports.

Provide support during candidate onboarding and induction.

Coordinate with clients and internal teams.

Assist with employee engagement activities and other HR-related tasks.

Eligibility Criteria

Any Graduate – Graduates who passed out in 2023 or later only.

Excellent communication skills in English.

Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Laptop is mandatory.

Typing speed of 30 WPM with 90% accuracy.

Stable broadband/Wi-Fi connection is required.

Inverter/power backup is mandatory.

Candidates should be comfortable working from home.
