About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Recruiter to join our growing team. The role will involve 70% recruitment and 30% HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing
• Screen resumes and conduct candidate interviews
• Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups
• Manage onboarding and joining formalities
• Maintain attendance, employee records, and HR data
• Support day-to-day HR operations and employee coordination
• Handle employee queries and support a positive work culture
Requirements:
• 1–3 years of HR/Recruitment experience
• Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply
• Good communication skills in English & Hindi
• Knowledge of MS Office, email, and internet search
• Good organizational and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets
Role Split:
