Job Description – HR Executive

Company: Spacelink Enterprise – Premium Tiles & Bathware Showroom

Location: Robert Square, Indore, Madhya Pradesh

Job Type: Full-Time

Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 8:00 PM

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Experience: 1–3 Years Preferred

About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and proactive HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR activities, recruitment, employee coordination, attendance, and daily HR operations for our showroom.

Key Responsibilities

- Recruitment & Hiring: Manage end-to-end recruitment through Naukri.com, LinkedIn, Job Hai, consultants, and other job portals.

- Interview Management: Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, coordinate interview schedules, and follow up with candidates.

- Employee Onboarding: Handle joining formalities, documentation, employee records, and induction.

- Attendance & Leave Management: Maintain employee attendance, leave records, punctuality, and working-hour compliance.

- Employee Coordination: Handle staff queries, workplace issues, discipline, and employee engagement.

- HR Documentation: Maintain employee files, salary records, offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.

- Payroll Coordination: Coordinate monthly payroll inputs, salary calculations, and employee reimbursements with the accounts team.

- Performance Monitoring: Follow up on employee performance, productivity, training, and reporting to management.

- HR Policies: Ensure implementation of company policies and support compliance with applicable labour laws.

- Daily Reporting: Share recruitment updates, employee attendance, vacancies, and HR activity reports with management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

- 1–3 years of experience in HR or recruitment preferred.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Practical knowledge of job portals, resume screening, and interview coordination.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and HR documentation.

- Good organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities.

- Responsible, disciplined, and comfortable working in a showroom/business environment.
