Handle end-to-end recruitment for bulk and lateral hiring
Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Shine, Indeed), social media & referrals
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Maintain candidate database and MIS reports
Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation
Achieve hiring targets within timelines
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of recruitment portals
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Basic understanding of HR processes
Proficiency in MS Excel & email communication
Graduate / MBA (HR preferred)
Freshers with good communication skills can apply
Experience in BFSI, Sales, or Bulk Hiring (added advantage)
Immediate joiners preferred
