Job Title: HR Recruiter

Location: Thane

Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹16,000 per month

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various job openings.

RESPONSIBILITY

1. Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references.

2. Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.

3. Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.

4. Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

5. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.

6. Meet hiring targets and deadlines.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Minimum 3 months and maximum 1 year of recruitment experience.

2. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Basic knowledge of recruitment and hiring processes.

4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

5. Familiarity with job portals is an advantage.

ELIGIBILITY

1. Fresh graduates with relevant recruitment experience may apply.

2. Candidates residing in or near Thane will be preferred.
