Handle end-to-end recruitment process
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and databases
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements
Conduct telephonic and initial HR interviews
Coordinate interview schedules with clients or hiring managers
Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports
Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining
Prepare offer letters and assist in onboarding process
