Job description

We are hiring an energetic and results-driven HR Recruiter to join a well-stable service-based organisation. In this role, you will play a crucial part in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to support the company's business growth and hiring objectives.

Broad Spectrum of Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing candidates from various Job portals like Naukri /Monster/ Shine and LinkedIn

  • Screening the candidate's resumes as per job requirements and contacting relevant candidates

  • Manage the recruitment process for direct and agencies from CV selection to final selection


Key Skills/Abilities:

  • Work experience as a recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)

  • Direct recruitment abilities in Agri, Manufactures, ecommerce or Financial Services

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
