HR/एडमिन पेरोल एग्जीक्यूटिव

We are specifically looking for a Senior Executive – Payroll with 5–6+ years of hands-on payroll experience. The candidate must have worked in an organisation with an employee strength of 1,000+ and should have independently handled end-to-end monthly payroll.

Please ensure that only candidates meeting the below criteria are shortlisted and shared:

Mandatory Experience

1. Payroll Management

End-to-end monthly payroll processing and timely, accurate salary payouts.

Handling attendance, leave, incentives, arrears, deductions, reimbursements, salary revisions and F&F settlements.

Coordination with Finance for payroll processing, salary payouts and payroll accounting requirements.

Handling employee queries related to salary, deductions, payslips, tax, PF, PT and other payroll matters.

Preparation of payroll MIS, variance reports, payroll summaries and management reports.

Managing complete Full & Final Settlement processes, including recoveries and employee dues.

2. Statutory Compliance

Hands-on experience in PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, TDS, Labour Laws, Gratuity, Bonus and other applicable statutory compliances.

Timely preparation and submission of statutory returns and payments.

Maintaining compliance records and documentation for audits and inspections.

Coordination with consultants, auditors and government authorities.

Good understanding of changes in labour laws and their implementation.

Exposure to employee death claims and related statutory processes will be preferred.

3. HRMS & HR Technology

Hands-on experience in HRMS administration and data management.

Experience with Keka or similar HRMS/payroll platforms is preferred.

The requirement is specifically for a Payroll-focused Senior Executive with strong hands-on exposure to monthly payroll, statutory compliance and F&F, preferably from a 1,000+ employee organisation.
