Responsibilities:

• Screen resumes and job applications to find suitable candidates.

• Search and source candidates through the Naukri portal and other job platforms.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with shortlisted candidates.

• Collect interview feedback from clients and share updates with candidates.

• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process, including after interviews and job offers.

• Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment databases.

• Communicate with candidates regularly and answer their queries.

• Build a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future job openings.

• Ensure a smooth and positive experience for candidates during the recruitment process.

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of recruitment and hiring processes.

• Experience using Naukri or other job portals is preferred.
