Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full recruitment lifecycle in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while delivering high-quality hiring solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple sectors.

2. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals.

3. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate suitability.

4. Build strong client relationships and understand hiring requirements.

5. Coordinate interviews and manage candidate-client communication.

6. Handle offer negotiations and onboarding processes.

7. Maintain accurate records in ATS systems.

8. Achieve recruitment targets, KPIs, and service expectations.

Qualifications & Skills

1. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

2. 1–5 years of recruitment experience (agency preferred).

3. Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn and job portals.

4. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

5. Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines.

6. Familiarity with ATS tools and CRM systems.
