Domestic IT Recruiter

We are looking for a Domestic IT Recruiter to join People Integra and manage the full-cycle recruitment process for domestic IT requirements. The role involves sourcing potential candidates, conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring process from sourcing to closure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for domestic IT requirements.

• Source and engage candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other online platforms.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.

• Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates based on skills and experience.

• Shortlist candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and selection process.

• Negotiate salary, notice period, and other relevant details with candidates.

• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily reports.

• Achieve assigned recruitment targets and ensure timely closure of positions.

• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.

• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment.

• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment portals.

• Good understanding of IT roles, skills, and technical requirements.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Good candidate sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment trackers.

• Candidates should be comfortable working 5 days a week, Monday to Friday.
