Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions.
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, databases, and networking.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates.
Maintain regular follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Manage job postings across hiring platforms.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Support offer roll-out, negotiation, and joining formalities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely hiring closure.
Assist in employer branding and campus hiring activities, if required.
Prepare recruitment reports and hiring status updates.
Ability to manage multiple open positions and deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment platforms.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
