Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely hiring closure.
Assist in employer branding and campus hiring activities, if required.
Prepare recruitment reports and hiring status updates.
Ability to manage multiple open positions and deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment platforms.
