Key Responsibilities:
This Vacancy for Human Resource Intern Role.
Assist in recruitment for corporate and field staff positions
Coordinate interviews and manage Onboarding of new employees
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Support attendance, leave, and payroll tracking
Help implement HR policies and employee engagement initiatives
Assist in organizing training programs, events, and team-building activities
Act as a point of contact for basic employee queries
Skills & Competencies:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of HR concepts (recruitment, labor laws)
Organized and detail-oriented
Eager to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Note:
1) Laptop and Vehicle are mandatory requirement for this role.
2) Willing to travel to Hinjewadi Phase -2, Pune.
