HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Recruitment

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle from job requisition to candidate onboarding.

• Understand hiring requirements from business and hiring managers.

• Create job descriptions and post openings on job portals and social media platforms.

2. Sourcing & Talent Pipeline

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media platforms.

• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

• Use innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.

3. Screening & Interview Coordination

• Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

• Ensure a smooth interview experience for candidates.

4. Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand hiring needs.

• Provide regular updates on hiring progress and candidate pipeline.

5. Offer Management

• Manage the offer negotiation and offer rollout process.

• Maintain communication with candidates until joining.

6. Onboarding Support

• Coordinate with HR and internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new hires.

7. Recruitment Reporting

• Maintain recruitment data and prepare reports on hiring metrics such as time-to-hire, source of hire, and pipeline status.

• Continuously improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment / talent acquisition

• Excellent sourcing and screening skills

• Good knowledge of job portals and LinkedIn recruitment

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously

• Good negotiation and candidate engagement skills
