The HR Executive supports daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, payroll coordination, and employee relations. The role ensures smooth HR processes and compliance with labor laws.
Assist in hiring, interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Support payroll, attendance, and leave management.
Handle employee queries and support engagement activities.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
1–3 years of HR experience.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Familiar with MS Office and HR software.
