Taskup Corporate Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR Recruiter cum Executive to join our team in Indore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, supporting HR operations, and contributing to client and candidate engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates across various profiles.
• Ensure a minimum of 10 daily walk-in interviews for open positions.
• Maintain effective communication with both candidates and clients.
• Coordinate the entire recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing to onboarding.
• Manage candidate records and generate recruitment reports.
• Oversee HR administrative tasks, including leave tracking and daily office operations.
• Promote and sell our HR and recruitment services to prospective candidates.
• Liaise with clients to understand hiring requirements and ensure timely closures.
• Ensure a seamless onboarding experience and post-placement support.
