Job Title: Recruiter / Telecaller

Location: Ghaziabad – Vaishali

Job Type: Full-Time (Office Based)

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Weekly Off: Sunday

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Experience Required: 0 – 3 Years

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Recruiters / Telecallers (Male/Female) to join our team in Ghaziabad – Vaishali. The candidate will be responsible for calling candidates, sharing job details, and coordinating interviews with potential applicants.

Key Responsibilities

Make calls to candidates and explain job opportunities.

Source and screen candidates according to job requirements.

Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.

Maintain candidate data and follow up with applicants.

Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms.

Build a strong candidate database for future hiring.

Requirements

0 to 3 years of experience in Recruitment / Telecalling / HR.

Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and job portals.

Ability to handle multiple calls and candidate queries.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
