The HR Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring suitable candidates to meet the organization’s manpower requirements. The role involves end-to-end recruitment and coordination with hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand hiring requirements from department heads

• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and social media

• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews

• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates & managers

• Maintain candidate database and recruitment records

• Handle offer letters, negotiations, and onboarding support

• Ensure timely closure of open positions

• Follow company recruitment policies and procedures

Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment (freshers can apply if mentioned)

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of job portals and hiring tools

• Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously
