Job Responsibilities:
Understand client requirements and prepare suitable candidate searches.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, and other channels.
Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate discussions.
Shortlist candidates as per job requirements.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Follow up with candidates for interview feedback and selection.
Handle offer follow-up and joining coordination.
Maintain candidate databases, trackers, and daily recruitment reports.
Work on multiple IT & Non-IT recruitment requirements.
Achieve recruitment targets and ensure timely closures.
Required Skills:
Good communication and convincing skills.
Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and hiring processes.
Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Ability to work with deadlines and recruitment targets.
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
