Job Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic HR Interns to join our Talent Acquisition team and gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment. This internship provides practical exposure to live hiring projects across multiple industries and job roles.
The selected candidates will work closely with recruiters and clients, develop strong sourcing and screening skills, and understand the complete recruitment lifecycle in a structured and performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities:
· Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals.
· Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
· Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients.
· Maintain applicant tracking sheets and update candidate status regularly.
· Support recruiters in managing end-to-end hiring across various industries and job positions.
· Engage with candidates to ensure a smooth and professional hiring experience.
· Work closely with the HR and recruitment team on live client mandates.
· Manage quality 80+ outbound calls per day to generate and qualify candidate leads.
Requirements & Skills:
· Graduate or pursuing graduation (preferably in HR, Management, or related fields).
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Interest in HR, recruitment, and various industry domains.
· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
· Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
