Source candidates: Actively search for potential candidates using methods like LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, and employee referrals.
Screen applicants: Review resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews to screen candidates and identify those who are a good fit.
Coordinate interviews: Schedule and manage the logistics of interviews between shortlisted candidates and the hiring team.
Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS): Maintain candidate records and data within the HR system.
Handle offers and negotiations: Communicate job offers to candidates and manage the negotiation process for salary and benefits.
Ensure a positive candidate experience: Ensure the hiring process is efficient, inclusive, and provides a positive experience for all applicants.
Required skills and qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Proficiency with productivity software, databases, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Familiarity with full-cycle recruiting.
Ability to work under pressure and stay organized.
A bachelor's degree in human resources management or a related field is often preferred.
