Our primary focus is on IT recruitment. If you have prior experience in IT hiring, it will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for IT roles.
Source potential candidates through job portals, networking, headhunting, referrals, and social media.
Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates for various positions.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure timely closures.
Maintain and nurture strong relationships with candidates and clients.
Keep track of market trends and hiring practices to optimize recruitment strategies.
What we’re looking for:
6 months to 5 years of recruitment experience (IT recruitment preferred but not mandatory).
Strong passion for talent acquisition and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in consultancy-based recruitment will be a plus.
Ability to handle multiple roles efficiently and meet deadlines
