Role Overview

As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in our talent acquisition process. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to fill various roles within our organization. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and Screen Candidates: Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to find qualified candidates.

• Conduct Interviews: Schedule and conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.

• Manage the Recruitment Pipeline: Maintain an organized pipeline of candidates and provide regular updates to hiring managers.

• Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Partner with department heads to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

• Enhance Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and engaging experience for all candidates throughout the hiring process.

• Maintain Records: Accurately track and report on recruitment metrics and activities.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience: Proven experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or in a similar role.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build rapport and professional relationships.

• Organizational Skills: Highly organized with great attention to detail.

• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.

• Problem-Solving: Ability to think creatively and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.

Experience and Compensation

• 6 months to 2 years of experience:

  • Salary range: ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month.

• 3 years and above of experience:

  • Salary: ₹30,000 per month.

• Note: Final compensation will be determined and may be higher based on the candidate's skills, performance during the interview, and relevant experience.
