Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.

• Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver top-tier talent.

• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.

• Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess skills and cultural fit.

• Negotiate job offers and close positions in a timely manner.

• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future openings.

• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly hiring targets.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a recruitment role, preferably within a consultancy or staffing agency.

• Proven ability to meet and exceed recruitment targets.

• Strong knowledge of various sourcing techniques and platforms (e.g., job boards, social media, professional networks).

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

• A proactive and results-oriented mindset.

Salary and Benefits:

• ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month, based on experience and performance.

• Performance-based incentives and commissions for achieving targets.
