We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented HR Recruiter who can handle end-to-end recruitment. The candidate should be comfortable with daily calling, scheduling face-to-face interviews, and regular follow-ups until candidate joining.
Source and screen candidates through job portals, referrals, and databases
Make daily calls to candidates to assess suitability and interest
Schedule and coordinate face-to-face interviews with the hiring team
Explain job roles, company details, and interview process clearly to candidates
Maintain regular follow-ups with selected candidates until joining
Handle offer rollout, joining formalities, and documentation
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records
Coordinate with internal teams to understand hiring requirements
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
MBA in HR (preferred)
6 month – 3 years of experience in recruitment (experience in Telesales recruitment would be preferable)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable with calling and follow-ups on a daily basis
Basic knowledge of recruitment processes
Ability to work under deadlines
Strong verbal communication
