We are looking for an HR Recruiter who will handle end-to-end recruitment (80%) along with joining, exit, and basic HR formalities (20%). The ideal candidate should be strong in sourcing, screening, referrals, coordination, and salary negotiation, while also managing employee documentation and data accurately.
· Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions
· Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers
· Source candidates through:
o Job portals
o Employee referrals
o Internal databases
· Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
· Shortlist and coordinate candidates for further interview rounds
· Maintain a strong candidate pipeline
· Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
· Track recruitment metrics (open positions, closures, TAT, sources)
· Discuss and negotiate salary and compensation with selected candidates
· Prepare and share offer letters
· Follow up with candidate’s till offer acceptance and joining
· Coordinate joining documentation
· Collect and verify employee documents
· Maintain joining data and update HR records
· Coordinate with HR/Admin for on boarding support
· Handle exit documentation
· Coordinate resignation acceptance and exit process
· Ensure completion of exit formalities and data updates
· Strong knowledge of recruitment life cycle
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Experience in screening, sourcing, and referrals
· Good negotiation skills (salary & offers)
· Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously
· Strong follow-up and coordination skills
· Basic knowledge of HR operations and documentation

· Qualification: MBA (Human Resources)
· Age Limit: 22–25 Years
Minimum 6 months to 3 years of relevant experience
