As we continuously launch new batches across multiple technologies, we are looking for a proactive HR Recruiter who can build and maintain a strong network of experienced part-time trainers.

Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and resourceful HR Recruiter responsible for continuously sourcing, screening, onboarding, and coordinating part-time trainers for our software and technology courses. Since new batches are launched regularly, this role requires ongoing recruitment to ensure trainer availability at all times.

The recruiter will also act as the primary coordinator between trainers, management, and students to ensure classes are conducted smoothly and completed on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Trainer Recruitment

• Continuously source qualified part-time trainers for various IT and software courses.

• Recruit trainers for evening batches conducted between 6:00 PM and 9:00 PM.

• Build and maintain a strong database of freelance and part-time trainers.

• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate technical teaching experience.

• Coordinate technical interview rounds with the management team.

• Negotiate trainer availability, schedules, and compensation.

• Ensure trainer availability before every new batch starts.

Trainer Coordination

• Coordinate trainer schedules based on batch timings.

• Ensure trainers receive course syllabus, batch details, and student information before classes begin.

• Follow up regularly with trainers to ensure classes are conducted as planned.

• Handle trainer replacements in case of emergencies or last-minute unavailability.

• Maintain healthy professional relationships with trainers for future batches.

Batch Management

• Monitor training progress throughout the batch.

• Ensure all sessions are completed according to the planned schedule.

• Coordinate with trainers to recover missed sessions when required.

• Track batch completion and course delivery timelines.

• Resolve scheduling conflicts between trainers and students.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain trainer database with skills, experience, availability, and contact details.

• Keep recruitment and onboarding records updated.

• Prepare weekly recruitment and trainer availability reports.

• Maintain records of active, upcoming, and completed batches.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong recruitment and sourcing abilities.

• Good negotiation and relationship management skills.

• Ability to coordinate multiple trainers and batches simultaneously.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Problem-solving and decision-making ability.

• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.

• Basic knowledge of IT technologies is an added advantage.

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or any discipline.

• MBA (HR) is preferred but not mandatory.

Experience

• Freshers with strong communication skills can apply.

• 0–3 years of experience in recruitment, HR, staffing, or coordination is preferred.

• Experience in educational institutions or IT recruitment is an added advantage.
