We're Hiring : HR Associate

Role Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated HR Associate to join our team. In this role, you will support the daily operations of the HR department, focusing on recruitment coordination, employee onboarding, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate has a foundational understanding of HR practices and is ready to grow their career in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment Support: Schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, and assist in posting job openings across various platforms.

• Onboarding: Coordinate the orientation process for new hires, including preparing documents and setting up their first-day schedules.

• Data Management: Maintain and update digital employee records (HRMS) ensuring 100% accuracy and confidentiality.

• Employee Relations: Act as a first point of contact for basic employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and company procedures.

• Compliance: Assist in gathering documentation for audits and ensuring all labor law posters and filings are up to date.
  

  Requirements

  • Experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience in an HR administrative or coordinator role.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with HRIS or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.

  • Organization: Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
