Skywings Advisors Private Limited is looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Trainee. This role is ideal for candidates who want to build a career in recruitment and human resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes

• Source and screen candidates through various job portals

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients

• Maintain regular communication with candidates and clients

• Support the HR team in daily recruitment activities

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA HR preferred but not mandatory)

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic understanding of the recruitment process

• Willingness to learn and grow in the HR domain

Additional Requirement:

• Candidate must have their own laptop (Mandatory)
