Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Sales, Corporate, and Support functions, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, selection, salary negotiation, and appointment.

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, recruitment agencies, employee references, databases, and other relevant channels.
•
Coordinate interviews and manage the recruitment process to ensure a smooth and timely candidate experience.
•
Prepare and coordinate offer letters, background verification, joining documentation, and pre-employment formalities.
•
Ensure smooth onboarding, and joining formalities for new employees.
•
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, recruitment databases, vacancy trackers, and required documentation.
•
Ensure timely completion of employee joining including documentation.
•
Build and maintain an active talent pipeline for critical and recurring positions.
•
Coordinate with relevant internal stakeholders to ensure efficient HR operations and a seamless employee lifecycle experience.
