HR Intern (Recruitment & HR Operations)

Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu
Job Type: Full-Time Internship (Work from Office)
Stipend: ₹3,000 – ₹5,000 per month

About the Role

Ecog Core Technologies is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship provides hands-on experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various hiring platforms.

• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.

• Maintain candidate databases and HR records.

• Prepare offer letters, internship letters, and other HR documents.

• Assist with employee onboarding and induction activities.

• Support employee engagement initiatives and internal HR events.

• Maintain confidential employee information and documentation.

• Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks.

• Perform additional HR-related responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (Completed or Final Year).

• Freshers and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

Skills Required

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.

• Professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality.
