Roles & Responsibilities:

1.Source, screen, and recruit candidates for field and operational roles.

2.Conduct field visits, job drives, and local sourcing activities to attract suitable candidates.

3.Build and maintain a strong database of potential candidates.

4.Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and onboarding activities.

5.Maintain daily recruitment reports and update hiring trackers.

6.Ensure timely and quality hiring as per requirement.

7.Establish and maintain good relationships with candidates and local sources.

Skills Required:

1.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

2.Ability to travel for field recruitment activities.

3.Basic understanding of hiring and sourcing methods.

4.Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven.

5.Ability to work independently and within a team.
