HR Recruiter

Position: Hr Recruiter

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience and supporting the organization’s talent acquisition goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition

• Identify staffing needs and create effective recruitment strategies.

• Source candidates using job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.

• Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and conduct initial interviews.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from requisition to onboarding.

2. Candidate Management

• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future hiring needs.

• Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the hiring process.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience from first contact to final onboarding.

3. Coordination & Administration

• Prepare and post job descriptions on various job boards.

• Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.

• Coordinate background checks, offer letters, and joining formalities.

• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring requirements.

4. Continuous Improvement

• Analyse hiring metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, etc.) to improve recruitment processes.

• Suggest new sourcing methods and technologies to attract top talent
