Job Title :- Senior Recruiter / Recruitment Consultant (Staffing & Recruitment Industry)

🎯 Role Objective
We are looking for a highly driven Recruiter with 3+ years of experience in the recruitment / staffing industry who can independently manage end-to-end recruitment, build strong client relationships, and contribute actively to the growth of a fast-growing HR startup.
This role requires someone who is a self-starter, delivery-focused, and comfortable working with minimal supervision.
🧩 Key Responsibilities
🔹 End-to-End Recruitment
Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement understanding to candidate joining.
Coordinate with clients to understand JD, role expectations, budget, timelines, and hiring priorities.
Source, screen, shortlist, interview, negotiate, and close candidates.
🔹 Sourcing & Talent Mapping
Strong hands-on experience in sourcing through:
Job Portals (Naukri, Shine, Indeed, etc.)
LinkedIn sourcing & social media hiring
Employee references & networking
Own candidate database / personal contacts
Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for recurring and niche requirements.
Proactively do talent mapping and market research for clients.
🔹 Client Handling
Act as a single point of contact for assigned clients.
Regularly update clients on pipeline status, challenges, and timelines.
Deliver recruitment services strictly as per client expectations and agreed SLAs.
🔹 Candidate Management & Negotiation
Conduct in-depth screening for skills, stability, cultural fit, and salary alignment.
Strong salary negotiation skills with candidates.
Ensure smooth offer rollout, documentation, and joining follow-ups.
🔹 Reporting & Compliance
Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and daily/weekly reporting.
Ensure proper documentation and adherence to recruitment process standards.
🔹 Startup Contribution
Contribute ideas to improve sourcing strategies, hiring turnaround time, and client satisfaction.
Support business growth through repeat hiring and client retention.
Ready to multitask and take ownership beyond defined roles when required.
🎓 Required Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Recruiter in:
Staffing / Recruitment Consultancy / HR Services
Proven experience in IT & Non-IT hiring (either or both).
Strong understanding of recruitment industry practices, hiring cycles, and client expectations.
Must have own candidate data / sourcing network.
Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Immediate joiner or short notice period preferred.
