JD:
Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for debt recovery/collection roles.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and field hiring drives
Conduct initial screening & interviews to assess candidate suitability
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements
Handle bulk hiring for field recovery agents and telecallers
Schedule and coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and offer rollouts
Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
Ensure timely joining and onboarding support
Build a pipeline for high attrition roles
Key Skills Required:
Strong communication skills
Experience in bulk hiring hiring preferred
Understanding of debt recovery or BFSI hiring is an advantage
Good knowledge of job portals like Apna job, job hai Indeed, etc.
Basic MS Excel and reporting skills
