Experience Required: Minimum 6 months (Stock Market / Broking Industry)
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter with experience in hiring for stock market, broking, trading, or financial services roles. The candidate should be confident in handling end-to-end recruitment and capable of sourcing quality talent within deadlines.
Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing to onboarding).
Source suitable candidates through job portals, social media, references, and internal databases.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate pipeline for stock market & broking profiles (Dealers, RM, Sales, Back Office, etc.).
Handle documentation, offer letters, and onboarding activities.
Maintain recruitment MIS & daily reports.
Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Minimum 6 months of recruitment experience in the stock market/broking/financial services industry.
Knowledge of NISM Series certifications and stock market job requirements (preferred).
Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and meet hiring deadlines.
